Dear Sirs,

I don't want to block connections from bad.host.com to good.host.com
at port 3128, I'd like that there would be no more than 10 sessions
simultenously in any state (even in TIME_WAIT), I do not want to block
connections at all.

any suggestions ?

regards,
Ilia Chipitsine
