Please take a look at the latest faq --- section 7.7, 7.8, and 7.9.(The
latest faq seems to be available only on WWW.) By the way, will FreeBSD
solve this problem in the future? I mean, disable sio3 and 2e8 is not
touched, so we don't have to re-compile the kernel?
