The aformentioned software packages would be candidates for specific
user accounts in the base system if there was enough of a userbase to
justify their inclusion.

It's a somewhat generic username that's applicable to most web
servers.

There was a small HEADS-UP sent to -ports and -developers.  This
really should have went to -arch for discussion as this affects the
base system as much as the ports collection and -developers is a
private mailing list (designed for administrative uses only!).
