After looking in the documentation in /dev/MAKEDEV we could get 384 pseudo
terminals.  I built a kernel for 384 pseudo-terminals but when I try to use
mknod with a minor device number higher then 256 mknod says that the minor
device number is to high.  Is there a way around this?
