If you have access to the CVS tree, you can just check it out with 

cvs co src/usr.bin/ftp  (??)

Or you can look at it on the Web at

http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/src/usr.bin/ftp/

Or if you have the binary source installed, in

/usr/src/usr.bin/ftp
