I have cvsup'd the ports tree as of just a few minutes ago.  This
problem has persisted for three days in any case.

[root@onceler]# cd /usr/ports/security/pgp
[root@onceler]# make readmes
-: You need to define PORTNAME and PORTVERSION instead of PKGNAME.
(This port is too old for your bsd.port.mk.)
*** Error code 1

Stop.
[root@onceler]# ls -l
total 9
-rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel  2386 Apr 12 11:35 Makefile
-rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel   729 Apr  5 15:43 README.html

It seems that this port was missed during the big Makefile cleanup
from last week.
