Look at that 'strubt'

Hex code for 'b' = 98, 'c' = 99   (interesting that they're one bit 
different)

Understand that strubt is not found anywhere in an exhaustive search of the 
CVS repo.

You've got bit errors bud, whether it's ram or motherboard.  Sorry.

FreeBSD has some rough edges in some corners but nothing like the pain you 
are going through.
