Hi,

To all that wanted my quick and cheap install guide, I just put it up
at http://world.inch.com/InchLinks/qmail.html.

I make no guarantees, but it worked for me.  I still recommend reading all
the docs that come with it, but this will get it going in 14 easy steps!
