Well, it is more than a mod -- there are a lot of supporting scripts and useable demos and code. I think, people would be looking for it as neowebscript (it is a trademark, too, BTW). Also, the port installs four modules -- not just mod_neoscript. It could be split into four mod_ ports, but they are quite interdependant, AFAIK -- it would be a lot of work. I don't have a strong opinion on this.
