I'm using two P.van Donselaar> computers, both with FreeBSD 3.3 installed, the P.van Donselaar> gateway is configured as follows: Two solutions. FIrst, your netmask for de0 is wrong, and should be 255.255.0.0. That might not do it however. You're probably getting a 192.168/16 address from the dhcp server that you're dealing with. Try switching your addresses to the 10/8 or 172/16/12. In other words, change ifconfig_de0="inet 192.168.0.1 netmask 255.255.255.0" to ifconfig_de0="inet 10.168.0.1 netmask 255.0.0.0" and do the same thing for any other machines that you have.
