The following warnings and errors cause a build failure on the latest
cvsup:

In function `uvisor_attach':  325:  warning:  implicit declaration of
function `usbd_add_drv_event'
325:  `USB_EVENT_DRIVER_ATTACH' undeclared (first use in this function)
In function `uvisor_detach':  372:  `USB_EVENT_DRIVER_DETACH' undeclared
(first use in this function)
In function `uvisor_init':  396:  too many arguments to function
`usbd_do_request_flags'
In function: `uvisor_close':  485:  too many arguments to function
`usbd_do_request_flags'

Something seems to be missing . . . :)
