I hope this is a good start. Excellent point. It's hard for me to see what's missing. I am willing to work with anyone on formatting up additional comment into SGML. (It turns out that if you already know HTML, it's not that difficult to cut-and-paste and experiment, but it's a pain to set up at first, too.) mcl
