>Description:
1. Changes introduced with dnsmasq 2.18 make it no longer compile "out of the box" on FreeBSD 4.10-RELEASE. The port now needs to specify USE_GETOPT_LONG.
2. The USE_REINPLACE stuff has been superfluous for some time.
3. There should be a WITHOUT_IPV6 knob.
