It appears it's reading the eeprom, and pulling the id of x21, which is NTSC Radio (?).. But in the source, there isnt a entry for that device under eeprom detection. Although, it's being referensed under hardware (forced mode, as NTSC_RADIO.. [i think it's been a while since i worked on this..]
