That's unfortunate. I've expected you to prepare before release. Even after
excluding time for EuroBSDCon 2019 + time for travel there was roughly 1 mo=
nth
available. Regressions won't magically disappear unless reported, be found
unless users start dogfooding, and users won't dogfood before LLVM_DEFAULT
switch.

What you're proposing is not a good practice but an exception for 1 maintai=
ner.
And the result would be loss of motivation to prepare before release for me=
 and
maybe other maintainers i.e., ~1 month before reduced to 2 weeks after.
