/usr/ports/net/asterisk exists. 
	Not used it, but compiling to try some time.
	It's been around years, eg presentation
	http://www.berklix.org/bim/talks/asterisk_overview_2007_01_17/

I recall maybe Skype can work on BSD via a linux emulator, but
probably better discussed on eg multimedia@freebsd.org
