Hi. I'm looking for strategies on how to implement a system that can dial-in
with ADSL (.nl, isp=XS4ALL, method=PPTP + ipf), but can *automagically*
fallback to modem-dialin, on-demand, with a possiblity for scheduling and
control of dialing-in.. 

I'm mainly looking for clues/HOWTOs on how to approach this....
