You need to install the XF86prog distribution to get the appropriate 
libraries and utilities.

BTW, if you copy/lndir from CD 2, attach it to /usr/X11R6 and symlink to 
/usr/X11.

Must have special X support.

Wants X for display.  I bet there is a flag where you can shut it off.
