Looking at both the output of "quota" and "man quota", neither seems to document
what units the results are being returned. Ideally, I think both the UI and the
documentation should let you know what the units are.

Ideally I'd like a "-h" option, which like the "ls" counterpart would format the numbers
in a human friendly way.
