Synopsis: [ntfs] Write capability for ntfs filesystems does not work at all. State-Changed-From-To: open->closed State-Changed-By: remko State-Changed-When: Mon Dec 25 12:58:06 UTC 2006 State-Changed-Why: If you refer to the mount_ntfs manual page you will see the following: WRITING There is limited writing ability. Limitations: file must be nonresident and must not contain any sparces (uninitialized areas); compressed files are also not supported. The file name must not contain multibyte charac- ters. If your files are outside of that scope, writing will not work (as you can see). Closing this PR since this is documented.. http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=80519
