  I'm not sure what you mean, but you'll need to use ipfw + dummynet.

  A sample configuration would be:

  ipfw pipe 1 config bw 64Kbit/s noerror

           ...or...  depends on what "k" you mean

  ipfw pipe 1 config bw 64Kbyte/s noerror
  ipfw pipe 2 config bw 64Kbyte/s noerror
         ...

  ipfw add pipe 1 host1 to any
  ipfw add pipe 2 host2 to any
            ...    ...
