do you use cvsup to update your ports? if so, just rm -R /usr/ports and
then cvsup it again. if you're talking about rebuilding all the ports
themselves, it's portupgrade -fa.

however, if there are errors in your ports tree, a simple cvsup will
take care of it. you really should cvsup the latest source tree and
build and install that.
