> This is not true. Ted Faber accedd TI CardBus bridge support to FreeBSD > before it existed in PAO. YOU ARE WRONG. Original code support TI PCI1130, PCI1131, PCI1250, Cirrus PD6832 only. And, it has initialize code for PD6832 only. NOT working with many BIOS. Further more, It mistake TI chip for VLSI PCIC. Because, i82365SL-DF step compatibel (TI chips, ...) has same ID as VLSI's. So, MANY CASE NOT WORKING. PAO *correct* supportted CardBus bridges are TI PCI1130, PCI1131, PCI1250, PCI1220, PCI1221, RICOH RL5C465, RL5C475, RL5C476, RL5C478, Toshiba ToPIC95, ToPIC98. And, Original code NOT SUPPORT multi PCIC. In Japan, some machine has multi PCIC. Example, Chandra has TI PCI1130 + RICOH RF5C296, Chandra II has RICOH RL5C476 + RL5C475. -- NAKAGAWA, Yoshihisa y-nakaga@nwsl.mesh.ad.jp nakagawa@jp.FreeBSD.org To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-mobile" in the body of the message
