Removal of support for _ANY_ hardware from -STABLE is frowned upon :-(.

This was fine to do in -current, marginal in 4.0, and defanitly should
not have been merged back to RELENG_3.  Once the ISA card is supported,
fine, but for right now this should be de-MFC'ed.
