If you are using fxp0 you would type "ifconfig fxp0 media 100BaseTX
media-opt full-duplex"

Those options can also be added to /etc/rc.conf

take a look at both the fxp and ifconfig man pages for more information.

P.S. Your switch needs to support full-duplex for this to work.
