Can you cruise websites from the machines you can't ping
from ?

I'm not to sure about the router option. I'm new
to this stuff.

I use natd now and I can do whatever I like from
any of my machines. I'm also using 192.168.#.# ip numbers.

I did use ppp -alias though and could cruise websites
the same way.

I used the machine that had the modem running ppp
as my gateway for my other machines .
I didn't have router option

I had default route as the tun0 device on the
machine with the ppp modem connection

All seemed to work fine.
