My suggestion: simply don't pay income tax!

I feel sure the taxman won't mind ;)

A quick google suggests that Libreoffice's Draw component might be worth a
try; certainly, if you happen to have it installed. I'm afraid I haven't
tried it myself, so can't comment on it's efficacy.
