Your drive may be failing, I'd do a backup just in case. If it continues, 
I'd call Fujitsu and get it replaced. You may also want to get a UDMA
cable.  They are like IDE cables, but they have an additional 40
ground wires that are placed between each signal wire. They help insure
signal integrity. 

Have you only had this problem with this one drive? What about the other
drives in your system?
