I've been actively trying to build the RC1 1.3.1 release of the JDK a couple of days ago on FreeBSD -current, but ran into some linker problems with the entry function for the bytecode machine. (ExecuteJava) My current technical track is: 1) Get all the initial JDK porting issues worked out on BSD/OS since I've folks that work with to resolve compiler tool chains & shared library issues. 2) Take this knowledge and integrate it into the FreeBSD build. That's the plan. bill To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-java" in the body of the message
