I found that rpc.lockd can't be started without rpc.statd - it reports Can't start NLM - unable to contact NSM Is this intentional? If so, I suppose appropriate magic should be implemented in /etc/rc.d/lockd (like rpcbind dependency) Sincerely, D.Marck [DM5020, MCK-RIPE, DM3-RIPN] [ FreeBSD committer: marck@FreeBSD.org ] ------------------------------------------------------------------------ *** Dmitry Morozovsky --- D.Marck --- Wild Woozle --- marck@rinet.ru *** ------------------------------------------------------------------------
