In a few days' time. I need to implement -F and fix some bogons in how
files are deleted (or not) if a download fails.

OTOH, I could just throw in -F, commit, and wait for the teeming
millions to send in patches :)

I'm also about one third of the way through rewriting the HTTP code in
libfetch, but the existing code works well enough that it's not a huge
priority, and my daytime job takes precedence.
