Jim had problems with a motherboard with NCR SCSI and I also had problems on completely different motherboard with NCR SCSI (DEC 90MHz PC). maybe it is the PCI chipsets. Even Matrox put a general disclaimer that their card may not work in some machines and then list a couple machines they did try and it succeeded. --mark.
