Hi Ray, Check the ISP Resources section at http://www.internet.com/ There are a number of mailing lists (also reachable through the above link) at http://www.isp-lists.com/ I've learned lots of interesting things on several of those lists, but they tend to be fairly high volume and frequently wander way off-topic or into flame wars...
