theres a problem if this should happen.
most internet providers use unixes for login.
since linux, bsd etc. wont be able to use tcp/ms
microsoft would be used and i think that this
could happen but there will stay some unix providers
like in the old days with slip, and so the current 
internet would remain to the unixes or at least 
there will be some tunneling so the old unix driven
ip internet will be connected to the microsoft driven
"micronet".
