The building of XF86Setup can be considered as an option, because the
port building will not fail if the tcl/tk libraries are not installed.
Normally the aout libs must be moved in the lib/aout/ directory during
the ELF upgrade. In this case, the port will not find the tcl/tk
libraries and will not compile XF86Setup.
