dwcjr asked portmgr@ to suspend his commit bit for a while, because he
currently has no time for devoting to FreeBSD and the situation is
unlikely to change within the next 6 months.
He asked to keep his freebsd.org account for the time being, as he still
receives lot of support questions on that address and may eventually
decide return.
