The only Java support on the Alpha that I know of is that Compaq released
a JDK for Linux at one point that run under Linux emulation.  I think it
was JDK 1.2.

We have some half-baked Alpha support in the JDK 1.3 sources, but it needs
someone to pick it up and finish it.
