It happened to me on -current. There I worked around it by forcing clang
as compiler for rxvt-unicode. This should do the trick:

cd /usr/ports/x11/rxvt-unicode && make clean && make CC=clang CXX=clang++
CPP=clang-cpp install

Not sure what the cause is.
