I changed it slightly to use PATCHFILE/PATCH_SITES to apply distributed
patches.  As a result, MASTER_SITES were separated into smaller sets of
sites and thus (unavoidable) fetch errors were reduced.  Also I made it
use patch 2.5 (devel/patch) instead of ignoring the errors with the patches
that patch 2.1 cannot understand.  Check it out.
