Or, more clearly: Are SATA tape drives supported? I see they are on =20
some other BSD flavors, but I haven't found any mention in the FreeBSD =20
hardware compatibility documents.

Will the OS just see a tape drive on a SATA controller as a =20
sequential-access SCSI device the way it sees SATA disks as SCSI block =20
devices?
