SOME new code is allowed to come into -stable first.  It just requires
the Release Engineer's OK.  For 3-STABLE that would be jkh@freebsd.org.

WHY?!?!?  We've had just as big of blunders in the past.  We don't revoke
commit privs just for that (unless maybe it was done with malace).

Rod you are in NO position to even ponder this.
