Did you make sure it's set to IRQ 5?  That's not particularly standard.
Make sure this is set in UserConfig for sio2.

I don't know if the SupraExpresses are PnP sensitive or if they require a
proprietary software package to operate.  The old ones did and thus won't
work with FreeBSD.  

Once you get it working, in ppp you'll probably need to do

set device /dev/cuaa2

to get it connected properly.
