i have recently come across a problem when moving from 4.2-RELEASE to
4.3-RELEASE.. i cvsup'd the source tree last week, and once again
today.. the only thing that changed today was the ports, but that's it..
no source was transferred.. it seems to check out ok but when i run make
buildworld, it fails when building cc_int..

the only contents of the make.conf file is: CFLAGS= -O -pipe
i copied the /usr/src/etc/defaults/make.conf to /etc/defaults/make.conf
and i'm using the defaults for that file.. here is where it dies on me:
(pasting from script)

===> cc_int

if anyone has any ideas on how or why this is happening, it'd be
helpful.. i can't seem to figure it out for the life of me.. i have
looked in the mailing archives, freebsd web sites, and i have come up
with nothing..
