It had been running fine for a few months.  I did replace a disk in the array
last week but that was uneventful. 

I'll TRY and compile a kernel with DEBUG_MEMGUARD but so far building even
WORLD has provoked the panic. 

I **DO** have all 3 vmcore's available if someone wants to traipse through
them.
