This is the PCCARD that says it's a 4-in-one (if you get the other 3 
modules).  It's a ``Platinum Card MC220 (Com One) Modem Card, Data/Fax 
Modem 56000'' according to the label on the front.

If anyone can confirm that the above works I'll commit the entry to 
pccard.conf.sample, otherwise I think joe@uk.FreeBSD.org is going to 
run 3.3 on his laptop, so I'll test it on the flight to FreeBSD Con 
tomorrow...
