This one tries to data-mine the PR database for things that are manpage
references: e.g. man(1), open(2), stdio(3), fsck(8), and so forth:

  http://people.freebsd.org/~linimon/studies/prs/pr_manpage_index.html

It's inaccurate (e.g., if foo(number) is not the first entry in the manpage
entry, no result is returned), but it is a first approximation.

It references pages of the form:

  http://people.freebsd.org/~linimon/studies/prs/prs_for_manpage_who(1).html

Please let me know what you think.
