You'll have to be more specific about what kind of RAID array it is. Is this a Mylex or AMI PCI RAID card, a SCSI-SCSI RAID controller, Vinum with RAID 5, or what? If it's a SCSI-SCSI RAID controller, it should look just like a hard disk to the OS, and you should be able to install FreeBSD on it without trouble.
