 Hmm, I think center justification is rarely used for abstract
 in this sort of article.  I am not clear why you do not like
 simple left justification format, but DIV.LEGALNOTICE in center
 justification is a bit unreadable, so I would like to fix it.

 Anyway, I back out my change for now.
