>Description:

p5-XML-LibXML, and probably other p5-XML-* ports are incompatible with
libxml2 if libxml2 has been built with WITHOUT_SCHEMA defined.

As the ports tree has now grown the ability to save these options between
builds the Makefile for p5-XML-LibXML should grovel through the libxml2
options file and emit a useful error message if it finds that WITHOUT_SCHEMA
was defined when libxml2 was built.

>How-To-Repeat:

Try and build p5-XML-LibXML with a libxml2 built with -DWITHOUT_SCHEMA.
You'll get a build log similar to

    http://paste.husk.org/1487
