At some point between 2.4.38 and now, the port Makefile was changed to call
upstream's "make install" in contrib/slapd-modules/passwd/sha2 instead of
copying the library explicitly. Upstream's Makefile requires prefix to be set
correctly. I noticed this with pw-sha2, and that is what I have patched here,
but I suspect that at least the other module being built in a similar way has
the same issue.
